Our Experience & History

With over 20 years of experience in medical transport, we work closely with care and healthcare facilities. Our in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg's healthcare network enables us to organise all transports optimally.

  • Recognised rescue organisation, authorised by CGDIS
  • Patient repatriation throughout Europe (e.g. following accidents or illnesses during holidays)
  • Regular neonatal transports (Arlon, Brussels, Liège, Strasbourg, Cologne, etc.)
  • Long-standing partner of CHL hospitals (CHL, HRS, CHEM, etc.), as well as CGDIS, LAR and insurance companies
  • Collaboration with numerous nursing homes and CIPA facilities
  • Extensive experience in providing medical care at events (motorsport, concerts, corporate celebrations, etc.)

Our Team

Our team consists of qualified, multilingual professionals (LU, FR, DE, PT, EN, IT, RO), who are specialised in caring for patients in need of assistance. We place great importance on clear communication and absolute discretion.

  • At least 55 employees
  • Available around the clock (day, night, weekends & public holidays)
  • Telephone centre available 24/7
  • International team with qualifications recognised in Luxembourg
  • Luxembourg: SAP2 (404 hours of training + 16 hours/year of continuing education)
  • Germany: Emergency Medical Technician (520 hours + 30 hours/year of continuing education)
  • France: State-certified ambulance driver
  • Belgium: Ambulancier (160 hours + 24 hours/year)
  • Daily internal training by our own instructors (DeWäldng™, BLS-AED, PLS) and at CGDIS (First Aid, SAP1)

Disinfection System
Fog-It®

The Fog-It system was specially developed for emergency service vehicles, patient transport services, transportation services for people with disabilities and taxis, as well as general passenger transport vehicles.

The disinfectants used, Fog-It Q and Fog-It Plus, as well as the Fog-It system itself, are tested and approved by the European Commission.

  • Tested and approved by the European Commission
  • Monitored by the DGHM (German Society for Hygiene)
  • Disinfectants listed by VAH (Association for Applied Hygiene)
  • Certifications: Annex E (Fog-It Q) and F (Fog-It Plus)

During fogging and as long as there is still fog in the room, the area may only be entered with appropriate protective equipment. Once fogging has been completed, normal operations can be resumed.
